Remote Support
Remote support allows us to access your computer to assist you. The remote support program allows us access only via your invitation as it requires you to initiate the support and to provide us with a session ID and a password. This password changes with each connection.
You will still have full control of your computer and you will see everything we are doing. You also have the ability to disconnect us at any time.

Choose to Run the file (you can choose to save, just take note of where it saves to so that you can find it!)
If you are prompted or asked if you want to allow the file to run, select Yes / Allow
You will see the Remote Support interface as shown below.
When requested, please provide the ID and the Password
