We may be able to help you over the phone. Many times, if you have internet access, we can connect to your computer while we talk with you on the phone and share your computer screen. Because we are both looking at the same thing, this helps us to see what the problem is and to show you how we fix it.
Sometimes the problem is due to hardware failure or severe software corruption and we do need to visit you to fix your computer, or, sometimes it is more economical for us to take the computer away and do the work on our bench.
